Hi Marcus,
I´ve Just read your question. Not sure if you´d solved you
problem.
Even not being any expert , let me try to help you.
To boot my L110 from my PCMCIA CD drive, a friend of
mine expert in DOS prepared a DOS bootable floppy including the CD
drive’s driver. He got the driver from the disks that came with the CD
drive. I, then, boot from the floppy loading DOS and the driver, which makes
the CD drive alive in DOS.
Hope this helps

Assunto: [toshiba_libretto] 110CT Boot Problem
Hi
I have a libretto CT110 and recently partioned the 60Gb HD.
Unfortunately I 'over' partioned the drive and notebook no longer boots
up: Error message "A disk read error occurred".
I have a PCMCIA CD drive and 2 recovery CDs, but when I go into the
BIOS, there's no option to select a boot option for this CD Drive, only
FDD>HDD and HDD>FDD.
PLEASE HELP! How can I recover my glorious Libretto?
Cheers.
